screen printing frames Made in the USA. Our Aluminum Frames are constructed with
6063T5 Alloy. Each frame is hand cut and welded to insure a watertight seal,
then sanded smooth for flatness. Frame profiles range from 1 X 1" to 1-3/4”X 4" With wall thickness of either
1/16"or 1/8" and a size range of 3 X 3"
up to 14 X 14 and mesh thread counts ranging from 24
tpi to 420 tpi. Silk screens with a low thread count are used to allow a lot of ink
through, while those with a high thread count allow a limited amount of ink
through. Our most popular aluminum screens have a mesh thread count between 110
and 156. 110 mesh thread count screens are ideal for opaque ink on dark
garments. 156 mesh thread count screens are used for lighter garments with
finer details. Whatever mesh thread count size you are looking
