Contiguous US: ALL orders over $100 receive FREE economy ground shipping and flat rate $8.95 shipping on orders under $100(Crate Fees  Apply).
Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada: UPS Ground discounted shipping rates on economy ground shipping to .

Express Ground: Our quickest ground shipping method, leaves our warehouse same day if placed before 4pm CST for Midwest and East coast shipments and 4pm PST. View transit map below.

Freight: Ryonet ships most of our larger equipment and packages via freight truck line. Freight orders typically ship out in 2-5 business days, we will email you your freight tracking information and estimated delivery time once your order ships. Products that ship freight should be noted on the product page.
 
Shipping to Canada: Online we ship UPS Standard to Canada through our website.  If faster shipping is desired, please call us at 800-314-6390 for a shipping quote.  Depending on location in Canada and boarder processing times, packages should arrive between 3-8 business days.  Locations that are closest to our shipping centers should receive packages the quickest, (such as cities in the southern parts of Ontario and B.C.). A slightly longer transit time may apply if you’re located in a Midwest, east coast, or remote part of a province.  As always tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

Split Shipment & Backorders: 95% of our product line is in stock in all locations. If we are out of stock in a location we will promptly ship from our nearest location. You will receive an email notifying you with your tracking information. If an item is on back order and we are not able to fill the order in a timely manner we will notify you to review your options for supplementary products or wait time.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY & INSURANCE?
Delivery: Ryonet defaults to our shipping service provider for guarantees on delivery, once it leaves our building it is out of our control and sometimes subject to extended circumstance delays such as weather.  View the UPS service guide & policies.

Insurance: All packages are insured by Ryonet, if you have a problem with an order please contact us at support@ryonet.com or 800-314-6390 during business hours.
 
ORDER INSPECTION POLICY: Due to the nature of the screen printing business, we realize that many times our customers are relying on our products and shipments to produce time sensitive orders.  The Ryonet shipping department has a + 98% shipment accuracy rating but from time to time something may be missed or the wrong item may be in an order. We ALWAYS rectify these problems immediately and re-ship the right product either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Our strategically placed distribution centers can reach anywhere in the US in 2-3 business days using these methods of shipment.  If an expedited shipping method was selected on the original order, then an expedited shipment method will be used to rectify the order.  
 
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDERThis will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations.  If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order by reshipping the items via ground service.  All claims made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case by case base at the discretion of Ryonet.  As always we want to insure that our customers are satisfied, you will not be disappointed.

Return Policy

Silkscreeningsupplies.com and the Ryonet Corporation offers a 30 day limited return policy. This return policy applies to all of our products and equipment unless otherwise specified on a particular piece of equipment. -If your product was damaged during shipping. Please contact the Ryonet or the shipping company to open a claim and receive replacement product.

 

Please also call us at 800-314-6390 or 360-576-7188 so we can help you get what you need in a timely manner. Restrictions: - Software/ Artwork and DVDs (any disc content), Inkjet Printers (please see our inkjet printer return policy here: http://www.ryonet.net/printer-returnpolicy/) - Returns are only accepted if a product has not been used, unless we authorize it. - A customer must contact by phone us within 30 days of receiving a product if they desire to return it for a full refund. - A customer service rep will issue you a return authorization code. - Once a return is noted, Ryonet must receive the return within two weeks. - If a return is not received within two weeks, additional restocking fees may apply. - Silkscreeningsupplies.com and RYONET will refund the full amount of the product (less restocking fees) but NOT the cost of shipping. - We will also not pay for return shipping.

 

Restocking Fees: - If you are returning a new order. Due to processing, receiving, and credit card fees we do charge a 5% restocking fee. This fee will be taken out of your final return. - If you have used your equipment, we will accept and authorize a return. However it must be authorized and you will be charged a 15%-30% restocking fee depending on the condition of your equipment.

 

You will also be responsible for return shipping cost and we will not refund your original shipping cost. Instructions: - If you wish to request a return, please call us within 30 days of receiving your order. - Phone: 800-314-6390 (International: 360-576-7188) - We will ask you for the following. - Name and address that the order was placed under. - Your invoice or original order # - We will give you a return authorization number. - From that time you will have 2 weeks to ship the packages back to us. This should be enough time to package and arrange for shipping back to our location. If the product has a malfunction, does not work properly, or the customer has an issue with the condition of the product. We will need to see physical proof of the issue via pictures emailed in electronic format. This would allow us to review to the best of our ability the problem and allow us to help you in the most efficient and affective way. If your product is defective, we will replace it and send you a product that is in good working order. Our goal is to take care of our customers 100% and be sure that our customers have 100% satisfaction with our company.

 

Suggestions: If you have ordered a product such as a screen kit and have started using it only to find out that it isn't for you, what do you do? First, please contact us if you have any questions that we could answer. Also be sure to let us know the condition of the product. There is a possibility that we might decide to do a partial refund of your equipment but not your used products. We deal with this on a case by case basis. Another options for you is Ebay or Craigslist.org . Screen printing products and equipment (especially packages) sell great on Ebay. If your package has been used and you would like to return it, placing an auction on Ebay is probably the best way to recoup back your investment. By selling on Ebay, you can get over fair market value for your product, you of course won't be charged a restocking fee, and who ever buys it from you will pay for shipping not you.
