Start screen printing even faster now with our pre-coated screen upgrade. For just $10 per screen Ryonet will professional coat your screens for you with CCI emulsion. The coated screens are exposure ready and sent in a light safe heat sealed bag to insure the screens will be completely unexposed before you go to expose them. If you�re looking for an extra jump start for you screen printing venture this is a great way to go. Take your screens out of the bag and expose them immediately so you can start printing a few minutes later.
Choose between user friendly dual cure DXP (Pink) Textile Emulsion (for plastisol ink), DCM (Blue) Graphic Emulsion (for Inktech Solvent Ink), or SWR-3 For Water Based Inks.
Screens come with additional instructions for optimal exposure.
Note: Ordering your screens pre-coated with emulsion might add 1 day handling time to your order. Screens come ready to expose and must be opened in a 100% light safe environment. Screens must be exposed with quality films that have an opaque black image for best results.
