This 2 in 1 Emulsion Remover Ink Degrader Dip Tank Solution 5 Gallon concentrate, mixes 1 part micro wash 10 parts water.
To use efficiently you MUST remove all bulk ink from the screen, only leave ink residue and not clumps of ink. Leaving bulk ink on your screen will decrease the lifespan of your solution. Water soluble, drain safe emulsion remover formulated for the removal of emulsion, ink residue, and some ghost images.
This solution will have a life of around 6-8 months in your dip tank (this will vary depending on how many screens you process). Follow the directions on the container to fill your dip tank depending on how big your dip tank is, fill the rest with water, and you are ready to clean some screens!
