If you're looking for an automatic press with a large maximum image area but at a low cost, then M&R’s Diamondback XL is the press you’ve been searching for! With its huge (20” x 21”) print area and the ability to print up to 9 colors, Diamondback XL offers more versatility for the price than any other automatic press on the market. Its servo-driven indexing system provides outstanding performance, while its pneumatic printheads can accept screens up to (26” x 36”). Also included is M&R’s patented Revolver Print Program, which automatically operates individual printheads in programmed sequence and allows multiple flashing without losing a printing position.

Diamondback XL is available in either base or enhanced configuration. Both models feature a touch-screen control panel, side screen holders with micro-registration, calibrated squeegee and floodbar pressure adjustment, M&R’s three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release, calibrated rear stroke length adjustment, and 41 x 56 cm (16” x 22”) pallets. Enhanced Diamondback XL models add great features including pneumatic screen frame locks, pneumatic squeegee/floodbar locks with no-tools angle adjustment, and pneumatic squeegee pressure regulators.
