Riley Hopkins Forced Air Flash Dryer
With the recent popularity trends for water base and discharge inks flashing and
curing has become an issue for many screen printers around the country. Without
proper hot airflow, flashing or curing a water base or discharge design can take
two to three times as long as a plastisol print. To insure a quick and proper
cure forced hot air is needed for these types of prints. Unfortunately until
now, these flash dryers have typically cost upwards of $4000 and have been out
of the prince range for many printers.
Introducing the first affordable forced air flash dryer the BBC
Air Flash. A combined infrared and pass-through air heater provides hot
flowing air onto the curing surface to quickly and efficiently cure water base
or plastisol inks!

- RIP Combos are used to make Film Positives. Using a stock inkjet printer will not print dark enough ink on the film allowing light to shine through the image and will result in loss of detail and/or an exposed image. The RIP Combo uses RIP software that tells the printer to print more ink with crisp edges. Shipping Note: The Ent44 ships all in one crate from Vancouver Washington and weighs roughly 550 pounds (with the exception of the flash dryer which ships from the manufacturer and will come UPS ground). If you do not have access to a fork lift of docking station, a truck will arrive with a lift gate and lower the crate to your driveway. The crate comes with a heavy duty card board top that can be removed in minutes. The heaviest item in the crate weighs 90lbs and will easily fit through a standard size door. The delivery driver will not be responsible for moving the crate inside your house or building.
This package can only ship Freight Ground because of the weight and chemicals. This usually ships out to a customer in 3-4 days. *Ship times vary based on location. Ships Freight from WA.
