Larger industrial equipment, increased production potential, M&R warranty and support vs. the AutoSTART Bonze Package! Start out big with Ryonet’s AutoSTART complete screen printing packages. AutoSTART packages include everything you need to run a successful high volume screen printing business. Featuring M&R’s Pneumatic Diamondback presses these packages are built from the ground up with industry known high quality long lasting equipment. All M&R AutoSTART packages include free installation on the press & extended in house training on screen printing from Ryonet. We’re not going to sell you equipment and leave you hanging high and dry, we’ll set it up, show you how to use it, and support it for life!
Most screen printers start out with a small manual press which has the capability to print around 100-150 pieces per hour. Not only do these shops have to learn the process of artwork, creating film positives, exposing the screen, setting up the job, but they also have to learn how to manually operate a press efficiently with proper squeegee pressure and angles for different types of work and designs in order to reach those manual maximum production numbers. They also have to spend all day behind a press pulling a squeegee in order to produce the work or hire an employee to do it for them. An automatic press handles the printing parameters consistently for you and does all the hard production work efficiently and quickly with the capability of producing over 500 pieces per hour. Of course you still have to learn artwork, film output, and exposure, but once the press is setup, it works for you, it basically will print as fast as you can load it! This creates an incredible advantage for you! Lets say you get an an order for 2000 shirts. Manually this would take 4-8 hours to produce art, output film, and exposure screens, of course this will be about the same time for you. However, with a manual press, this would take 3-4 days to print (depending on how many colors). Automatically, you would be able to produce 2000 shirts easily in a 8 hour day. This opens the rest of your week up to go get more of those 2000 shirt orders while your competition is still stuck behind the press pulling the squeegee!
Automating advantages.
The AutoSTART Silver Package is a complete great starter package with all the basics you need to operate a successful printing business.
This Package Includes:
Diamondback 6 Color 8 Station (all pneumatic) Automatic Press.
Most owners of manual-press operations are constantly looking for ways to justify upgrading to an automatic press because of the tremendous benefits automation offers. Entry-level automatics can dramatically increase output, giving shops the ability to take on large and last-minute jobs. They also minimize labor costs and they largely eliminate the tedium and hard physical effort involved in hand-pulling squeegees. In shops where the owner does much of the printing, an automatic's high-speed production can free up time to work with existing clients—and seek out new ones.
* Optional, Diamondback 8 Station/ 6 Color Factory Pre-Wire for Additional 7th Print Head at a later date. Image Area on Typical XL Shirt
Upgrade Options: * 7 Color 8 Station "B" Pneumatic Head Options, Indexer, & Side Screen Holders: (Upgrade Option)

Recommended for max press capacity multiple press production:Fusion 36-10-6 (6 Panel 10 foot oven - 60 Dozen per hour) (Upgrade Option)
Fusion cures with height-adjustable energy-efficient infrared panels. A reliable, heavy-duty DC motor powers a heat-resistant, Teflon®-coated fiberglass conveyor belt. Process temperatures and set temperatures are controlled digitally. Temperature consistency is ensured by a fuzzy-logic controller, which responds to ambient temperature changes and dryer load conditions while keeping chamber heat within 1° of target temperature at the thermocouple. Entry and exit openings are adjustable, and large, crowned rollers ensure positive belt tracking. An automatic shutdown sequence keeps the blower and belt running until the chamber has cooled. On its side with legs folded, Fusion can fit through a 31” doorway. This rugged, affordable dryer is designed for years of dependable performance. Combined with a manual press or small automatic and a registration system like M&R’s Tri- Loc, Fusion makes a perfect production dryer in small shops or an ideal sampling dryer in mid-size shops. All equipment from The M&R Companies is built with M&R's unsurpassed attention to detail and commitment to quality, durability, innovation, and design excellence, and is backed by M&R’s unparalleled 24-hour access to service, support, and premium parts. The Combination of an Epson Printer, RIP Software, Fast Ink, and Waterproof film results in a super opaque image with crisp edges and also gives you half tone capabilities. KDXL Back Lit Washout Sink Screen prep, Image wash out, and reclaiming are all key factors to maintain a clean shop. We recommend that you try to find a local compressor company to work with so that there is a warranty and service plan available on short notice in case your compressor goes down. For any questions or help finding a compressor please contact a Ryonet sales rep at 800-314-6390.
