Check out the advantages to automation!!
Diamondback 8 Color 10 Station (all pneumatic) Automatic Press.

Most owners of manual-press operations are constantly looking for ways to
justify upgrading to an automatic press because of the tremendous benefits
automation offers. Entry-level automatics can dramatically increase output,
giving shops the ability to take on large and last-minute jobs. They also
minimize labor costs and they largely eliminate the tedium and hard physical
effort involved in hand-pulling squeegees. In shops where the owner does much of
the printing, an automatic's high-speed production can free up time to work with
existing clientsand seek out new ones.
Unfortunately, those benefits often lost out to the cost factor until now. By
relying on simplicity of design, strong standard-feature sets, highly-efficient
manufacturing processes, and volume production, M&Rs Diamondback has broken the
price barrier between you and your first automatic. The pneumatically-driven
Diamondback is available in 6 and 8-color models, with a maximum image area of
41 x 46 cm (16 x 18) and a maximum pallet size of 46 x 56 cm (18 x 22).
Diamondbacks can be ordered with an additional print head over the unload
station, turning the 6-color into a 7-color and the 8-color into a 9-color. The
press can also be optionally configured to allow the additional print head to be
added in the field.
Diamondbacks are available in base and enhanced configurations. Both models
feature pneumatically-driven print carriages, swiveling control panel arm with
touch-screen display, micro-registration, calibrated squeegee pressure
adjustment, standard M&R three-point pallet leveling bracket with quick release,
rear stroke length adjustment, new composite 41 x 56 cm (16 x 22) pallets, and
M&Rs patented Revolver Print Program. Enhanced Diamondbacks add pneumatic frame
locks, pneumatic squeegee/flood bar locks, and pneumatic squeegee pressure
regulators. This package includes as we strongly recommend the "B" packaged
press w/ ALL Pneumatic Options. Pneumatics increase setup time efficiency by
four to five times. It's literally the difference of hand tightening down knobs
for 15-20 minutes OR flipping a switch and the job is done! In fact, over 99% of
ALL M&R diamond backs sold are purchased with "B" Package Pneumatic Options!

M&R HEAT WAVE GAS DRYER

- Great for high production, low cost energy consumption, Water Based,
Discharge, and Plastisol Inks!
The HeatWave is M&R's most affordable gas textile dryer, bridging the gap
between M&R's infrared dryers and the Sprint line of high-performance gas
dryers. With superior design and unrivaled quality, HeatWave offers exceptional
performance in a compact gas dryer. HeatWave features M&R's high-efficiency
gas-dryer technology, 91 cm (36') belt width, 259 cm (8'x6') heat chamber
length, and a new control-panel that uses icons instead of text to control dryer
operation.
Not only does HeatWave have the highest production capacity in its class, it's
also the most energy efficient. Heavy-duty thermal insulation prevents heat from
migrating into the workplace, while CoolSkin technology leaves the dryer skin
cool to the touch. Fast cure rates and high product throughput maximize dryer
capacity and minimize per-unit cost. Available in liquid propane (LP) or Natural
Gas (NG), the high-performance burner is designed with excess capacity that
exceeds consumption rates under normal operating conditions. Separate blowers
control circulation and exhaust, and a high-volume forced air system quickly
brings the chamber to the desired temperature, speeding the start of production.
Process temperatures and set temperatures are controlled digitally. Temperature
consistency is ensured by a fuzzy-logic controller, which responds to ambient
temperature changes by keeping chamber heat within +/-1 of target temperature
at the thermocouple.
When readings fall outside those settings, a temperature monitor issues an
audible alarm. Entry and exit openings are adjustable, and crowned rollers
ensure positive belt tracking. An automatic shutdown sequence keeps the blower
and belt running until the chamber has cooled. Aggressively priced and
impressively designed, HeatWave is a perfect choice for small to mid-size shops.
AIR HANDLING
- Enhanced airflow accelerates drying/curing
- Exhaust blower evacuates up to 33 980 l/min (1200 cfm)
- Heat efficiency system reduces operating expenses by using outgoing combustion
gas to heat incoming air
- High-volume circulation blower reduces energy costs
- Stainless steel filter slides out for easy cleaning
- Two separate dedicated blowers (circulation and exhaust)

M&R RED CHILI QUARTZ FLASH

The freestanding Red Chili uses sealed tungsten filament quartz lamps, and works with both automatic and manual presses. Instant-on lamp technology conserves energy by reverting to standby when the press is idle, and its lamps are divided into three zones, which can be operated independently or in any combination. Its adjustable optical sensor switch can be positioned on either side of the flash, allowing the Red Chili to match the rotation direction of the press. The sensor doesn't require a signal from the press, making it easy to move the unit between print heads or presses without time-consuming setup. The sensor also makes the Red Chili ideal for manual press flashing. The curing module is mounted on top of a height-adjustable floor stand. The stand's hand crank makes height adjustments easy. The curing module is powder coated, and the stand is coated in chip-resistant black oxide. M&R's Red Chili seamlessly bridges the gap between automatic-only and manual-only quartz flash cure systems.

M&R SERVICE AND SUPPORT
• 24-hour hotline is staffed 365 days a year
• Access to M&R’s Training Center
Additional Equipment You'll Need: The M&R Diamondback press requires sufficient air to operate. Ryonet recommends at least a 30 CFM / 100 PSI compressor compatibility (5-10 Horse Power), you will also need a chiller/dryer to accompany the compressor so you insure the press is fed with dry fresh air to insure the life of the air cylinders in the press. We recommend that you try to find a local compressor company to work with so that there is a warranty and service plan available on short notice in case your compressor goes down. For any questions or help finding a compressor please contact a Ryonet sales rep at 800-314-6390.
Training: (the customer is responsible for travel expense to any Ryonet training facility).
Shipping: This equipment is very large and ships freight, a forklift of loading dock is required for delivery so if you do not have one, you will need to rent a forklift. Total weight is over 6000 lbs. Please contact a Ryonet sales rep for an accurate shipping quote.
Production time on this equipment is approx 4-5 weeks. The sooner you get your order in, the quicker the equipment will ship.
