Athletic printing is one of the largest segments of the screen printing business and research shows that the majority of screen printers do not have a way to effectively print numbers on uniforms. Numbering can either be a huge pain or add huge profit to your business!
Ryonet’s new screen printing number system is an easy and affordable way to screen print numbers quickly, professionally and profitably! This complete system easily attaches to any screen printing press and can help you print 1 and 2 color numbers accurately and consistently with speed.
Now you can add a profit center to your screen printing business without having to expand your space, buy a new piece of equipment or even invest much money! Ryonet’s number system combines the space savings of a low cost number system with the speed, ease of use and accuracy of a “professional number system” at a price point that won’t break the bank.
The Two Color Number System Kit Includes:
1 – Numbering Master Frame
The master frame is constructed out of high grade aluminum for the frame and zinc plated steel for the registered number frame pin holes. Each pin hole is laser engraved and marked for easy alignment. The silver zinc platen body can be noted with a dry erase marker and quickly wiped off for the next job.
* 20 or 30 – Individual Number Frames - 110 Mesh White
Constructed out of high grade aluminum that are stretched to spec tension with 110 mesh; each number frame includes two located pins which register the frame in the master frame.* Fill/Outline & Underbase/Outline sets get 20 exposed frames, Master set gets Fill, Underbase & Outline for a total of 30 exposed frames.
*Though we do have an option to purchase blank frame system with an exposure template, we recommend you start out with pre exposed numbers for easy use and consistency.
2 or 3 – Number Frame Screen Rack
Constructed out of laser cut steel with a powder coat finish, the number screen frame rack is an easy way to store the number frames and squeegee and most importantly provides easy access for quick printing!

Ryonet sells additional frame sets: both blank and exposed, individual frames blank and exposed, sets of film, number frame racks, master frames and exposure templates. As mentioned before, it is best to purchase the frames pre-exposed. If you purchase the screens pre-exposed and plan to keep them for a long time, we recommend using
Harden X to set the emulsion in the frame.
Warranty and Support:Ryonet provides a lifetime warranty on the number master frame and exposure template. The number frame rack and number frames construction is covered by a 3 year warranty. Mesh and film is not covered by warranty.
