Double-Sided Pallet Tape 16" x 36' (No Spray Adhesive Needed)

You asked for it, we found it… double-sided pallet tape is now available from Ryonet! This roll of 16”x36’ double-sided pallet tape gives screen printers the best of both worlds—it acts as a pallet protector and automatically provides the tack needed to hold garments to the pallet during printing. You can even re-activate the pallet adhesive by cleaning it with water.

You no longer have to mess with sprays in the air or hair, no glues to stick on the floor, no single side tapes. Our screen printing double-sided pallet tape does it all… no wonder screen printers love double-sided pallet tape!

Double-Sided Pallet Tape Application Instructions:
• Adhere tape to the top of each "clean" pallet and remove liner.
• Apply garment to the top of the tape, smooth out wrinkles. First few will adhere slightly stronger, but will release easier.
• One color printing: Print, flash if needed, remove and place on dryer belt.
• Multiple color printing: print with standard multiple color process, flash if needed, remove and place on dryer belt.
• Clean lint or fuzz from tape with water and scrubber pad then remove excess moisture. Dries in minutes.
• Do not remove adhesive after each print job, clean and reuse hundreds of times without replacing the tape.
• Adhesive is tacky to the touch again and ready to print.
• Replacement required only after all tack from tape has been depleted.
• Tape removes cleanly and quickly from pallet with minimal adhesive residue remaining.
