Riley Hopkins Spare Parts Kit

Riley Hopkins presses are built to last, but there are a few parts on it that need replacing from time to time.� Just like any racecar team, it's ALWAYS smart to have the parts you need readily available for an easy fix!� If you're in the middle of production and a nylon bolt breaks or spring snaps you could be down for hours if not days while you wait to get the parts in to fix the broken ones. The NICE thing about the Riley Hopkins press is that it's not like a car and there are very few parts that need replacement and the press maintenance is extremely easy.

The Riley Hopkins Spare Parts Kit includes not only the parts to keep your press running like a champ, but the products to maintain your press and the tools to do so. Since you're buying it in a kit you know you're getting what you need and you save $$$

Here's what the parts kit includes.

• 2 Riley Hopkins Platen Brackets. These brackets are great to have in case you need to make a custom pallet, or a knob breaks on one of your other pallets and you want a quick fix.
• 16 Platen Bracket Screws. Not only great to have to attaching new platens, but for fixing old ones.
• 4 Riley Hopkins Press Springs. These heavy duty 100lb springs cannot be found in a hardware store, they last a very very long time but when they do give, its very smart to have extras for quick replacement!
• 8 Registration Nylon Bolts. Another easy fix that doesn't need to happen often, but is so important when it does.� This little part makes not only insures consistent registration on the press, but helps insures your press will last a lifetime since there is no metal on metal (unlike other presses that use bearings)
• Can of Tri Flow Lubricant. Great for keeping your registration plates flowing smoothly and can also be used for bearing lubrication.
• 9/16 Ratcheting Gear Wrench. A pressmans best friend and needed for quick adjustment of off contact and tilt on the press along with fixing other components of the press.
• 9/16 Standard Wrench. Needed for press assembly and other press adjustments and repairs.
