The 20"x24" table top exposure unit is built of extruded aluminum and is undoubtedly one of the best built units on the market. Affordability is important in a start up screen shop, but don't let the price of this unit fool you. With this unit you are able to burn crisp images and bring a professional look to your screen printing shop. The built in automatic timer helps prevent over exposing and gives you the ability to multi-task with an automatic shut off. Average exposure time with this unit is 5 minutes.
A common misunderstanding is that you need to spend several thousand dollars on a vacuum unit in order to expose fine detail. Although having a vacuum unit is convenient, the purpose of the vacuum is to apply positive pressure between the screen, film, and glass. Our unit comes with a thick foam pad. This method has been tested for years and adds positive pressure to give you the results you need!

Upgrade Options.
Digital Timer Upgrade
This unit currently comes with an analog timer that is accurate to about 7-10 second intervals. This is not an issue if you're using an emulsion that takes a few minutes to expose (CCI DXP Recommendation is 5 minutes), however, if you're using a fast exposing emulsion, you'll probably want to upgrade your timer. You have the option to upgrade to an analog timer that is accurate to 1-2 second intervals.
Compression Lid Upgrade
Adding a compression lid to your exposure unit makes it much easier to create positive contract between your glass and your screen mesh.
