Ryonet is excited to introduce our new line of Vyroll Flex Heat
Transfer Vinyl. Vyroll Flex is made by Siser, one of the largest heat applied vinyl
manufacturers in the world! It's easy to weed, feels great on the shirt, has a long
lifetime, and has an adhesive backing! Ryonet has spent a lot of time researching
different options for heat transfer vinyl and Vyroll is by far highest quality and
lowest cost heat transfer vinyl available. The best part about Vyroll is that it
matches color and consistency with the Stahls and Siser products but comes it at
a lower price! Check out more info on how to use Vyroll below!
Size: 15" x 5 Yard

Heat transfer vinyl and cad cut transfers are a great way to customize shirts, jerseys,
sweats and much more. Vinyl film for cad cut transfers are great for small run customization
for names, numbers, simple text and logos, and on the spot decorating! Lets say
you have a baseball team to decorate. They have 22 jerseys with all the same front
logo, no problem to screen print right? However, on the back they want an individual
name and number on each jersey. If the only thing you can do is screen print, that's
44 different images you would have to print films for, burn screens, and carefully
print. With a plotter and this heat transfer vinyl you can cut, weed, and heat transfer
in a matter of a few minutes per jersey! Yup, its that easy! Adding heat applied
vinyl to your business can save you time and make you money! All you need is a
Roland Plotter
to cut out the transfer and a
heat press
to apply (see application instructions below).
Vyroll Heat Transfer Vinyl is easy to cut, weed, and transfers in a matter of
seconds. Once transferred the shirt has a screen print like feel, it's durable,
stretches, and lasts a long time! Ryonet Heat Transfer Vinyl is also available in
standard, flock, and glitter colors for all your special application needs!
Heat Applied Films - Applications Instructions.
All films must be cut in mirror image. It's recommended that the fabric or garment
is pre-pressed before the film is applied to help remove any moisture or wrinkles
before applying the films on them. Moisture in the fabric may prevent the films
from bonding properly. Use a Teflon or silicon sheet between the film and heat platen
to help prevent scorching.
Application Temp: 320-350 Degrees F
Time: 10-15 Seconds
Application Pressure: Medium to firm (40 to 60 psi).
Peel: COLD
Use heavy duty blades to cut the glitter & flocking film (60 Degree on blades
is optimal). These films contain real glitter chips that may shorten the life span
of standard blades.
Machine wash and dry as needed.
