Transplit is dimensionally stable pass after pass, minimizing registration problems that may occure with other uncoated papers. This fine grain paper consistently allows a 60/40 release split when properly peeled HOT. Want an 80/20 release? Lay down a clear coat first. This will improve the release on 4-color process printing as well.
Directions for use: Heat press at 350-365 degrees F, for about 8-10 seconds. MUST peel when hot. When using transfer paper you need to us a transfer adhesion powder that is applied to the plastisol ink before the transfer is gel cured. The powder is inexpensive, easy to use, and goes a long way.
