Like transal premium, this new formula creates an easier release coating for our paper. Transal Express is coated with the same dimensionally stable base that our customers have demanded for their high speed equipment. Transal express is water proof and works well with plastisol, puff inks, and particularly powder. Transal Express for frabrics is a COLD 100% release.
Directions for use: Heat press at 350-365 degrees F for 8-10 seconds. Allow to cool down and then peel for best results. When using transfer paper you need to us a transfer adhesion powder that is applied to the plastisol ink before the transfer is gel cured. The powder is inexpensive, easy to use, and goes a long way.
