• Digital Printing with the I-Dot� (limit 15, Only AM Session Available!), M&R's direct to garment printer. Taught by Geoff Baxter, Manager of M&R's digital division.
• Special Effects Inks & Screen Printing (Only Afternoon Session Available).� Taught by Ed Branigan of International Coatings.
• Water Based & Discharge Printing (limit 12). Taught by Joel Krane of Matsui.
• Sublimation & Beyond (Only Morning Class Available)�Taught by Chris Sowers of Sawgrass.

Each seminar runs once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Morning seminars start at 9:30 AM, Afternoon seminars start at 1 PM. Seminars cost $10 each and include lunch, refreshments, and samples. Register now, space is limited.

This class covers proper chemical selection, screen prep, exposure trouble shooting, and much more!

The Business of Screen Printing (limit 12). Taught by David Chadd and Ross Hunter of Reviation Industries (Ryonet's southern California training partners)

Section 1 - The Business of Screen Printing

We will consider the basic questions you need to ask and answer to get your Screen printing business up and running, and to keep it up and running. We will cover managing workflows and breaking down the process from beginning to end of everything that is involved in your business. We will discuss the 'theory of the screen printing business', current economic conditions, market share, and the tremendous opportunities this business has to offer.

Section 2 - The Nuts and Bolts of Sourcing and Pricing

We will supply you with information about best and not-so-best local vendors, go over the different types of T-shirts that are out there, and where and how you can get the best deals. After this seminar you will know EXACTLY (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites) where in Southern California you need to go to get your shirts. We will also cover where you can go to build your graphic arts library, to help solve the artwork bottleneck problem.

David Chadd completed his MA in Philosophy from the Claremont Graduate University in 1995, and his MBA from the Drucker School of Management also at the Claremont Graduate University in 2001. He has taught Political Economics at the University of Redlands in their MBA program and he is currently a lecturer at California State University where he teaches Business Ethics, among other courses.

Ross Hunter has a bachelors in fine art with an emphasis in screen printing and graphic design from California Polytechnic University Pomona He also attended West Texas A&M University to add a minor in business.
