Graphic Printing Kit
Our Semi-Pro™ graphic package is designed to be a perfect addition to your business or a great way to start a new venture. Depending on what kind of ink you chose, you can print on signs, stickers, vinyl, glass, plastic, wood, metal, aluminum, and many other types of flat products. Ideal for the existing vinyl sign or screen shop, this package comes with everything that you need to screen printing your own products.

This kit is based around a machined-steel Screen Frame Clamping Unit with micro-registration. This allows for precision micrometer adjustments. It comes complete with etched micrometer adjustment marks for easy reference.

The unit's xyz control system locks in place with registration knobs for easy, precise registration. This Screen Frame Clamping Unit is ideal for exact registration printing that requires high tolerance, such as nameplates, dials, printed circuits, four-color process work, and standard multicolor applications. It can be used with metal or wood frames 5/8 to 2" thick. It mounts easily to any standard wood, metal, or vacuum table or base.

Enamel: Prints On - OUTDOOR METAL SIGNS & DISPLAYS, LICENSE PLATES, NOVELTIES, PACKAGING CONTAINERS, REFLECTIVE SIGNAGE.
Gloss Vinyl: Prints On -VINYL BANNERS, DECALS, SUB-SURFACE PRINTING, FLEXIBLE SIGNAGE, PVC CONTAINERS.

What else will you need outside of this kit?

  • A way to print your films. This kit does not include film or a film printer to create positive films for your screen exposure. What are your options?
  • >i>* Check out our film and output printers page to purchase a complete film output system.
  • * Purchase water proof film (for optimal darkness in your transparency) and use your standard inkjet printer to create films, if you need bigger than your printer can print, you can splice films together to create larger images.
  • * You can use something else to make your screen such as vinyl or Ulano Green Film cut with a vinyl plotter (if you have one) without having to expose it.
  • Flat table to mount the screen printing carriage.

This package ships via freight truck to insure its safe arrival.
