Hi Ryan,
As a small customer i just wanted to say two things.
Firstly i wanted to let you know what a great job Cobb did at the ISS trade show recently, I showed up at the end of the last day interested in the booth but was really only looking to get a dvd which you were out of. At that stage of the event it would of been easy to brush off ( i know how
grueling those shows can be!) but he really went above and beyond to take care of me - a tiny thing that makes a big impression - i also know that after being in customer service and a sales manager for years that happy people don't say it so i thought i let it be known!
Finally (and sorry for the rambling) on the same note i also am amazed at your companies helpfulness and support to customers, it sounds simple but you are among the few. I'd been around printing but never actually done it and your information, helpfulness and product are great.
