Setting Up Your Riley Hopkins Press

Riley Hopkins press hold GREAT registration and have thousands of satisfied users in the industry! If you have or are looking to get a Riley Hopkins press, there are a few problems with the Riley Hopkins press we would like to see you avoid. These aren't really Riley Hopkins problems or the fact that Riley Hopkins sucks but its more just a few simple adjustments that you can make on your press to insure that it works the way it is supposed to work. Most of the Riley Hopkins registration problems are due to the screen not being level and actually being tilted in such a way as to prevent the arm from coming down into the screen clamp. There is one adjustment to the Riley Hopkins press that you NEVER want to make. The bolt in the center of the screen gate should NEVER be adjusted. This bolt is setup at the factory and should never be adjusted. If adjusted this bolt will throw off the registration balance of your entire press. If you have touched these, please contact support@ryonet.net for directions on how to undo what you have done. Hopefully you have not touched this bolt, insure you never do and KILL anyone who comes near it!
