Silkscreeningsupplies.com ships all order's in the United States and Canada via
UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air with the exception of
larger supply, package and equipment orders which ship via freight truckline. Please note that UPS measures their transit times by "business days", so this does not count weekends. For example, if you order on a Friday, and you're in a 1 day ship zone or select next day air, your item will not be delivered until the following Monday.
Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for
the value of the product. If you product was damaged during shipping, please
contact us so we can help with this process.
We also use the USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments such as books and DVD's.
Some Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are also sent via USPS Priority.
Our products usually ship out in one business day. Cut off time for same day shipments is 2:00pm PST. If your
items take longer
then 2-3 business days to ship, we will do our best to make contact with you. If
you have a time sensitive matter, please make a note in the comments section of
the order form. You can also call or email orders@ryonet.net before you place
your order.
Sometimes if a partial order is shipped separately or back ordered it will be
noted on your invoice on the receipt of your first package.
This shipping time frame does not apply to larger shop packages with a longer
turn around time which usually ship out in 1-2 weeks. Also large equipment such
as exposure units, presses, and dryers don't ship out same business day unless
otherwise arranged.
We ship internationally via BaxGlobal, USPS Global Priority (for small items), and UPS Worldwide Air. Please contact a sales rep for an
international shipping quote.
As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing
the shipping tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking
on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily
over the internet or the phone.
ORDER INSPECTION POLICY
Do to the nature of the screen printing business, we realize that many times our
customers are relying on our products and shipments to produce time sensitive
orders. The Ryonet shipping department has a + 98% shipment accuracy rating but
from time to time something may be missed or the wrong item may be in an order.
We ALWAYS rectify these problems immediately and re-ship the right product
either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Our strategically placed
distribution centers can reach anywhere in the US in 2-3 business days using
these methods of shipment. If an expedited shipping method was selected on the
original order, then an expedited shipment method will be used to rectify the
order.
CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR
ORDER.
This will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last
minute rush situations. If an order is not inspected within the given time
restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the
receipt of the order by reshipping the items via ground service. All claims
made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case by case
base at the discretion of Ryonet. As always we want to insure that our
customers are satisfied, you will not be disappointed.
