Silkscreeningsupplies.com ships all order's in the United States and Canada via UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, or Next Day Air Saver. Every product we ship is packed according to shipping standards and insured for the value of the product. Since we ship according to standards all shipping claims will be brought directly to UPS. If you product was damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can help with this process.

We also use the USPS Priority Mail on lighter shipments such as books and DVD's. Some Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico orders are also sent via USPS Priority.

Our products ship out usually in one business day. If an order is placed early in a business day it usually ships out same day. If you product takes longer then 2-3 business days to ship, we will contact you and let you know asap. Sometimes if a partial order is shipped separetely or back ordered it will be noted on your invoice on the receipt of your first package. This shipping time frame does not apply to larger shop packages with a longer turn around time.

We ship internationally via UPS Supply Chain solutions air or ocean freight, USPS Global Priority, and UPS Worldwide Air. Please contact a sales rep for an international shipping quote.

As soon as your product has been shipped you will be sent an email containing the shipping tracking number. You can also track your shipping in order tracking on our website. This will allow you to track your product quickly and easily over the internet or the phone.

ORDER INSPECTION POLICY

Do to the nature of the screen printing business, we realize that many times our customers are relying on our products and shipments to produce time sensitive orders.  The Ryonet shipping department has a + 98% shipment accuracy rating but from time to time something may be missed or the wrong item may be in an order. We ALWAYS rectify these problems immediately and re-ship the right product either via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.  Our strategically placed distribution centers can reach anywhere in the US in 2-3 business days using these methods of shipment.  If an expedited shipping method was selected on the original order, then an expedited shipment method will be used to rectify the order.   

CUSTOMERS MUST INSPECT THEIR PACKAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THEIR ORDER.
 
This will help insure that you receive your product quickly and help avoid last minute rush situations.  If an order is not inspected within the given time restraints then we will still rectify the problem up to 30 days after the receipt of the order by reshipping the items via ground service.  All claims made after 30 days of the receipt of order will be handled on a case by case base at the discretion of Ryonet.  As always we want to insure that our customers are satisfied, you will not be disappointed.
