I came across Ryonet when I purchased my equipment a few months back and I was trying to figure out what I was doing and what type of supplies to use. The information on your site has been a great resource in many ways and I've also taken advantage of your first workshop on the business side of screen printing.

Today via email I received the below and filled out the questions. I'm not the type that always gives high scores just to fill out a survey but for Ryonet it truly is what I've received. I would have loved to put in more specific comments however there was not a location for that and when I looked on the site there was not a comment email either.

So I figured I'd reply here for my comments to be taken to wherever this email lands.

Businesses rely on customer service yet many are lacking in it. However via email, online help and the people at Ryonet in Washington I've been treated consistently well and assisted in any way I've needed. I'm still very very new in the game, lacking a lot of information and haven't even received my business license but this site and the people of Ryonet have been a great help and inspiration to keep me going. Knowledge is inspiration and knowledge and help is what is given each time I log on to silkscreeningsupplies.com.

The business class I took last Thursday at the Washington location was wonderful and touched base on the things I was looking for information on. Ryan and the others in the class provided a great learning experience. You went with what people kept asking for and you gave it to them. I'm excited to take the additional classes you teach as it comes along that I can afford them.

I just wanted to take a moment and tell you all that I appreciate the work Ryonet does from the people at the front desk, to the online help who have been my "go to" people to the products at my door.

First I want to thank you for all your help on the phone today. I'm so glad you have so much knowlege about silk screening.
Now comes the success story. As a graphic artist, I dreamt of creating T-shirts with my culture’s idioms and icons that brought about a sense of pride to all my Puerto Rican people. I’ve finally done it. Talk about hitting the ground running! In the first 3 weeks of my business I had sold 20 shirts and the demand has become greater and greater. My boys and I had enough money to print 100 shirts to give for free at the Puerto Rican parade this year. The goal for next year?...1000. Our business is doing so well; I turned in my resignation notice on Monday at my full time job.
The package I bought from your company was absolutely complete. I could not believe how easy Ryonet made it for us to start immediately. Although I have been graphic artists for 10 years, I had never done screen printing before. I had no clue as to what I needed to buy to get started. I didn’t know anything about emoltions, screen openers, squeegees, screen meshes, or any other supplies and equipment I may have needed. To prove this I’ll tell you a funny story. By mistake, my sons and smudged ink on a few shirts with our fingers. We were ready to throw them away. Since we had not watched the entire video yet, we did not realize that Ryan explains how to get the ink out with a special chemical called C60 Solvent. All of a sudden, I remembered seeing the can in the kit, but not knowing what it was for I set it to the side. I went in the dark room and came out holding the can of C60 Solvent in the air. My sons gave me the dumbest look you would ever see on a teenager. We began to laugh and simply said “WOW. This package is so complete the only thing missing was the water to wash out the screens.”
Not only did Ryonet make it possible for us to start immediately, they also gave us a video showing us how to do the job step by step. Then your company has the nerve to add the most outstanding and knowledgeable customer service team readily available to assist me with my questions. Now I’m addicted. I call Ryonet so much, I know most of the team members by name and they know me. All of you always treat me like I’m part of the Ryonet family. I will buy my supplies from Ryonet over and over again.
Next stop is buying a print shop to employ at least 20 people and fit 3 Workhorse Original W1080, 1 real dark room, a few conveyor dryers, a printer, and tons of supplies. So, get ready for a huge future order.

I have recently bought a 4 color 1 station tabletop press and supplies from you. I would like to let you know that I am totally happy with it. I watched the video that came with it and have played with it for a couple of weeks. I just did my first run of t-shirts. Believe it or not, I would actually pay somebody for the quality that I turned out. This was a spur of the moment purchase, but I love it. I have a new hobby! I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for being so easy to work with. I went into the screen printing business on a fluke - I was looking for a particular shirt on the internet for my daughter and was very dissatisfied with the designs out there and knew that I could do much better myself, so I did a search and found your website. I watched the videos you have online, discussed it with my husband and placed my order within a week. When my kit arrived, I had no idea what anything was. I popped the free DVD in and watched it - and went to work. Of course I had some boo boo's but overall, things are going well! I received the screenwash today, and began single color printing. The 5 hour dvd that came with my press and package was great! I have never printed before but every step went smoothly, from coating the screen with emulsion to exposure , printing and clean up. When I decided to embark on this venture to supplement my income I did alot of searching online and on foot to find what I thought would be the best place to do business with and I would always find myself back at sss.com. I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you again for overnighting me another flash dryer. UPS came today to pick up the "old" one. Once again, you have gone the extra mile to make your customer happy and I'm verygrateful that you expedited shipment for me! As Jeff probably told you, I was sweating bullets cuz I had an order for 122 red shirts front and back due for a band that was playing in our local "Edgefest" show. I just wanted to send you a letter to commend you on the great starter kits you guys have put together. I have several years of experience in screen printing industry and have run a big shop with three automatics. I purchased your equipment because I was looking to start a small printing business in Costa Rica where my wife is from. My plan was to buy something that I could ship by mail and not worry about getting killed on shipping cost or having things stolen off a boat. My idea was to purchase the equipment before I leave and to run a few jobs here and have it paid for. I spent about $1800.00 for my kit including shipping and have had it up and running for one week and its half way paid for already. You guys truly do include everything needed to get started and your prices are the best in the garage shop market. I have looked at a lot of kits that where very pricey and not so functional . The table top 4 color is great way to start a small side business I recommend the semi pro kit to anyone who is thinking of getting started in garment printing. If you have a good ink jet printer, photo shop and a little patience with this kit you can be up an running and making money in two days. I would recommend you upgrade to the 20x24 exposure unit you will find a fast good exposure of your screens makes or breaks you and the booth for rinsing out screens just make life easier other then that your good to go. This package is a very easy way to get started you don't need to be a pro at all to make money with the semi pro package that's the best part about it. -Jason Peters
