market and comes standard with a Lifetime Warranty!

The Semi Pro Plus kit is designed around those wanting to get started in a screen
printing business but dont have the several thousand dollar investment to spend
on industry standard equipment.
This kit offers several advantages over other Semi Pro and Econo kits. It features
a 6 color 2 station table top press which has both rotating heads and printing pallets.
Having a six color press in your shop vs. a 4 color press will enable you to print
full color jobs on dark garments because you will have enough arms to dedicate one
to a white flash plate which is needed for dark garment printing. Having a multiple
station press also means you can be printing and curing at the same time which almost
doubles production time. Another benefit is that this kit comes standard with a
25x36" Automated 8 Bulb 240 Watt UV Exposure unit which will expose standard screens
in 5 minutes. To complete this full package we also include a Black Body 16x16"
Econo Flash dryer for curing your ink and a full six color supply kit. Please read

Ryonet's New 16x16" Econo Flash
Over the past five years we've sold thousands of flashes! A quality flash
dryer is so important to the screen printing process! Not only are you relying on
this piece of equipment to insure that you provide your customer a shirt that will
not washout, but it's electrical and heats up to over 500 degrees so if something
goes wrong due to cheap parts it usually doesn't turn out very well. Ryonet's excited
to partner with BBC Industries to manufacture our very own "Econo Flash".
BBC has been manufacturing heating elements for over 60 years and makes some of
the best quality products in the industry. They manufacturer from the ground up
and insure premium quality that is built for life! We've combined everything we
would like in a starter flash dryer with BBC's manufacturing genius and unparallel
support to provide a consistent, affordable, and durable flash dryer to our customers

Features and Benefits:
16x16" 1600 Watt Infrared Element - most flash dryers in this price range use
coil elements like you would see in an oven. An infrared element uses a pannel with
hundreds of wires flowing through it to provide consistent heat throughout the heating
area. A coil element only emits heat from one coil so you have very hot spots and
very cool spots which doesn't behoove a constant cure.
Rotating and Adjustable Stand.
Sturdy design with powder coated housing to prevent rust.
Locking casters.
Simple design - with few parts there are a fewer things to go wrong. The
Econo Flash doesn't have an on/off switch but can easily be plugged into the
wall or hooked up to an industrial power strip to turn on and off.
Easy assembly - yes, there is some assembly required, but with a few bolts
you have a flash that's ready to be put to work. "That was easy!"

Runs off any 15amp circuit.
