The combo features the CCI or KDL washout booth or which is a great starter unit and will even suite your needs up to mid size production. The booth measures 30" Wide, 24" Deep, and 60" Tall. It features a semi translucent back and can be easily back lit by hanging a fluorescent shop light from the back off a ledge that protrudes from the top of the unit in the back. A washout booth will not only make your screen washout easier, but it will keep the mess down to boot! Underneath the washout booth is a Screen Klean water filtration system. Unlike most filtration systems that use rolls or expensive replacement filter paper, the Screen Klean system uses a combination of three screens that filter water and can be easily washed out and reused for the life of the unit. This system uses a 110 mesh to catch the larger emulsion and debris particles, a 125 mesh to filter the medium grade particles, and the 156 mesh to achieve final complete filtration. Before the filtration screens dry, simply shake out the remnants into a garbage can and rinse with your hose or pressure washer. This also features a pump which will then pump out filtered water down the drain. Be nice to the environment, filtration is the way to go.

After you rinse the screen and or emulsion out of the screen, the water flows down the drain of the washout sink and then is filtered out by the three mesh screens of the filtration unit. Once all the particles are filtered out of the water a sump pump them pumps the drain safe water where ever you want to put it (down the drain, into a holder container, or into your plumbing.) Once you are done reclaiming screens for the day, simply take the filtration screens out of the filtration unit and shake off the filtered particles into a garbage can. Yes, it is as easy as that and it will save you a lot of headaches in the future!
