The DXP emulsion comes with 5 different bottles of diazo so it can be mixed one gallon at a time if wanted. DXP Pink is a fast drying dual cure photo emulsion. It is resistant to both solvent and water and can be used all ink systems. Diazo is added in the normal way by first adding room temperature water, agitating and then adding the solution to the emulsion. Allow the emulsion to stand for at least 30 minutes to ensure any air bubbles introduced during mixing are released. Reclaiming DXP Pink is easy with CCI Stencil Removers that are available in concentrate and ready-to-use formulas.
DXP is a plastisol emulsion, if you plan on using Discharge or Water Based Inks please order SWR-3 Water Resistant Emuslion, available in Qts or Gallons.
