A word about the instructors.... Ross Hunter and David Chadd started their screen printing business less than two years ago.  They've done extremely well for themselves gaining pristine clients from their professional graphics and quality prints.  Recently expanded into a new 2400 sq foot facility and they have also just added their FIRST automatic press an M&R Diamondback to accompany their Riley Hopkins manual press. They approached Ryan Moor, President of Ryonet about their interest in teaching other people in the southern California market how to print in order to expand their printing network!  Excited to work with this young and successful company, Ryan enthusiastically agreed and So Cal screen printing classes were born! A representative from Ryonet will always attend the training to assist Reviation.

Business Portion, 5 Additional Hours On Sunday, from 9am-2pm. (only $149 more!)

Section 1 - The Business of Screen Printing

We will consider the basic questions you need to ask and answer to get your Screen printing business up and running, and to keep it up and running. We will cover managing workflows and breaking down the process from beginning to end of everything that is involved in your business. We will discuss the 'theory of the screen printing business', current economic conditions, market share, and the tremendous opportunities this business has to offer.

Section 2 - The Nuts and Bolts of Sourcing and Pricing

We will supply you with information about best and not-so-best local vendors, go over the different types of T-shirts that are out there, and where and how you can get the best deals. After this seminar you will know EXACTLY (names, addresses, phone numbers, websites) where in Southern California you need to go to get your shirts. We will also cover where you can go to build your graphic arts library, to help solve the artwork bottleneck problem.

David Chadd completed his MA in Philosophy from the Claremont Graduate University in 1995, and his MBA from the Drucker School of Management also at the Claremont Graduate University in 2001. He has taught Political Economics at the University of Redlands in their MBA program and he is currently a lecturer at California State University where he teaches Business Ethics, among other courses.

Ross Hunter has a bachelors in fine art with an emphasis in screen printing and graphic design from California Polytechnic University Pomona He also attended West Texas A&M University to add a minor in business.

We just want to say "Thank you to Nick Wood from Ryonet Corporation, along with Ross Hunter and all the folks at Reviation Industries for the awesome two day course here in Southern California and for taking the time to share their wealth of knowledge and helping us who are just beginning, to understand the many different concepts of the screen printing industry."

I would also like to thank Ryonet Corporation for offering this unique and extremely helpful class, and letting us share from the vast wealth of knowledge from the experienced professionals willing to take the time and patience to teach us all the ins and out's of screen printing , not leaving any details out.

I know I've seen the videos of the folks that have completed the two day course and were more than satisfied, but I can say that after my wife and I spent the two days with Nick and Ross, we left completely satisfied, and a great deal wiser. EXCELLENT COURSE, I recommend it completely, opens your eyes to the art of screen printing, made understandable. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Steve & Cathy Hudson

As an experienced graphic designer, I have to say that, " I have never dealt with a more understanding and patient staff as the one Ryonet has to offer." I was starting out a simple, "T-Shirt" website, with a friend basically selling what everyone else sells. I wanted no part in it and saw no room for growth. While developing a website for him I started to design my own prints and getting curious on how these shirts were made. I did my research online and Ryonet always seemed to come up first or top 5. We called up and got a Sales Associate ,"Jacob Hudjohn" who walked us verbally through the entire process. Phone call was about the better half of an hour. Finally noticing we were intrigued he mentioned a 2 day seminar on the entire process from screen to print. I ended my partnership, flew to Portland and took the class. It was the best decision I have ever made. The seminar was outstanding, I learned more in 2 days than I would have in a classroom for a semester. If you are interested in a non-pressure, calm and entertaining way to make money. Take the class.
