 This crate will weigh over 400 lbs and unless you have a loading dock or fork lift you will need the delivery truck to come with a lift gate.

The Ranar 8 Foot Cure Star 4000 is a great conveyor for higher output production then our smaller conveyors. The Cure Star 4000 is great for a shop starter or even up to a mid-sized manual operation conveyor. The 24” belt width and 4000 watts of power enable this unit to cure 180-200 shirts per hour which will keep up with several manual presses in max operation. Adjustable element height, heat control, belt speed, and gates allow for maximum versatility and adjustability.

    Due to the fact that there are so many differing 220v electrical outlets, this conveyor dryer does not come with an electrical plug. It is recommended you consult an experienced electrician to help properly install this dryer.

    Please note that this dryer is not made to cure waterbased inks. It is primarily designed to cure cure plastisol ink that 99% of screen printers use.

    Shipping or Local Pickup Instructions:
    This conveyor ships or can be picked up from El Segundo, CA 90245. If shipped, this conveyor is transported freight via truck line and is crated in a very heavy duty crate to insure the product integrity. The crate charge is $250 and will show up in your shopping cart as "Extra Shipping". If picked up, crate and freight charges may be avoided.
