The LowRider System is the hottest new product in the screen printing industry!
This unique system allows you to combine two of the largest space users into one
efficient package…that’s PORTABLE!
If you are working out of your garage, your entire printer/dryer system will take
up only one car’s worth of space! Since this system also comes on 4 lockable wheels,
you can move the system around to where you need it…as well as allows you to roll
the unit into your van or trailer for on-site Event Printing!
In addition to all the space saving convenience, the dryer has five full feet of
heat, and two inclined in and out feeds, so you don’t have to bend over to load
a shirt onto the conveyor! You print at a 45 degree angle to the in-feed, so all
you have to do is pull your printed garment off the pallet, and place it on the
end of the conveyor roller. The garment travels downhill onto the main belt, where
it rides through the heat chamber. Once the garment is cured, it travels up the
third and final belt…to drop the garment into a box! This unique three belt system,
and the design concept of this system is the brain child of Riley Hopkins, who is
one of our industry’s top innovators.
Riley Hopkins has contracted with BBC Industries to produce these units in quantity.
BBC has demonstrated that it has the capacity to produce high quality electrical
units for a variety of industries, and has been an outstanding member of the manufacturing

BBC 18x18" 2200 Afford A Flash Dryer
More power for faster flashes: The Afford-A-Flash is a great quality affordable
flash dryer to get into. This 18x18" version features over 2200 watts of power.
The flash dryer is simply and effectively constructed to insure the least amount
of problems and the longest lifespan. It has a 10 Ft Power Cord with plug, stand,
and casters for easy maneuverability around the shop.
This low cost setup satisfies the basic requirements for start-ups or can serve
as a back up system. The Afford-A-Flash does NOT have an indicator light or on/off
switch. However, it usually warms up in about 10-15 minutes and you can easily tell
if its on or off by simply feeling under the flash for warmth. Also a heavy duty
power strip can be added easily to suffice as an on/off switch.
This dryer comes with a 1 year warranty against electrical component failure. This
flash dryer comes with a 20 amp plug and will need a 20 amp outlet receptacle for
power.

This is a key part to you screen prep, washout, and cleanup process. The popular

isn't backlit, because it has a transparent back it's easily setup to be backlit
for a few dollars and a couple fluorescent shop light fixtures from home depot.

Aluminum 8 Bulb 240 Watt RXP 25x36" Exposure Unit w/ Lid. Ryonet’s new design

With this unit you are able to create top quality professional looking screens for

half tones and fine detail. Although having a vacuum exposure unit is a little more
