A natural blend print occurs when wet ink is mixed on the screen to achieve a blend between two or more colors. Natural blends look more realistic then mechanical blends that use half tones to create a fade between colors. As the inks mix together they form and blend differently giving each shirt its own flavor and is always a hit with the customer. Printing blends without guides can be very cumbersome. Ink likes to spread outside of the squeegee path and since it’s extremely hard to move the squeegee back and forth consistently you lose the blend much faster, have to clean the screen, and start over. Horizontal printing is especially difficult because ever time the screen is lifted up the squeegee will fall down and ruin your blend!

Blend guides solve most of these problems and make blend printing extremely easy and fun. Made in the USA from aluminum these are easy to clean and will last a life time. The finger tightening knobs and rubber feet make inserting and removing the guides from the screen extremely fast and simple.
