The Newman M3-UL frame has a larger roller diameter at 1 5/8 - inches and has a maximum tension capacity of 85 Newtons.
These frames are suitable for small or large shops that need to print large images as
well as the small auto shop that does small or large volume work. We recommend the M3
roller frames for medium to large shops with multiple automatics who do not want any screen tension limitations.

More Info: With the M3 size frames 16-18 Newton's is about 350 to 400 pounds of
Total Mesh Force to work with to try and transfer the ink. M3 Roller Frames
with Newman Roller Mesh at 50 Newton's is giving you approx. 1,500 pounds of Total
Mesh Force to work with to make the ink transfer properly. The higher the
mesh force the less you work so you print faster, easier, and more precise!
Remember it is the Force in the Mesh that is doing the work. Newman Roller
Frames allow
you to get much higher Newtons, Work Harden very high quality mesh and Re-tension
the Mesh so that the tension is always the same Force. The Newman Roller Framess are also
strong enough to hold these high Newton's and the frame still stay flat and
square; without much or any inward deflection which takes away from print area.
And the frame will not fatigue or have the aluminum yield (Permanent bend) over
time.
