Large and all over printing is quickly gaining popularity in fashion today and thus the need for all over screen printing is increasing tremendously. All over or large prints are virtually impossible to accomplish with a standard screen or platen size. However, this new all over platen can help you conquer these prints much easier. Using 23x31" or 25x36" screens with this 20x24" helps you achieve much larger prints then normal. Printing over zippers and sweatshirts, jackets, and hoodies is often
difficult, but Ryonet's Zipper Pro dual inseam cutout makes it much easier! We
precisely cut a dual layered groove through the exact center of the pallet which
centers your zipper, allows for the zipper to recess, and allows for the zipper
lining to recess at a higher height. The end result is a recessed zipper
and outer zipper lining that fold in making it much easier to print over the
zipper. Our measurements for Zipper Pro dual inseam fit most standard
zippers with ease. When printing sweatshirts we recommend the use of
Web Spray Adhesive to hold the sweatshirt in place. When printing over
zippers it is always easier to use a
reduced ink through a higher mesh screen. Ryonet's Zipper Pro upgrade
is easy to add to any of our wood platens and is great way to print over zippers
for an affordable price!
