New sizes & options!
The style's in, the opportunity's present, and
now's the time! While all over print isn't the easiest to accomplish, the demand
is huge and so screen printers all over the country are adding this trend to their
printing capabilities. There are a few different ways to print all over a shirt.
The simplest and most affordable way is called on contact printing. Ryonet's All
Over / Oversized pallet is designed for this method of all over printing. By using
a larger screen, a cushioned surface on the pallet, and a reduced ink, you can print
directly from the screen onto a shirt that is placed directly on top of a pallet
without having to put the shirt over the pallet or the use of spray adhesive. This
allows you to print one color all over the shirt including the sleeves and neck
of the shirt if desired.
Ryonet's All Over/ Oversized Pallet is available without brackets (for use with
your own press) or comes fitted with (2) brackets that will work on the Silver
Press or Riley Hopkins Presses. (sorry folks, this pallet
is too big to fit the older steel magnet style presses.)

Upgrade your oversized platen with a
neoprene platen pad for only $50.
PLEASE NOTE: This pallet is big and
heavy, it's not meant for small presses!
Recommended Use: We recommend that you put some type of padding on top of this
pallet to help hold the shirt in place, absorb some of the pressure from the print,
and help retain over printed ink. This can be something like thick cloth or felt
picked up from any fabric store. It can be easily applied to the pallet using a
generous amount of spray or web adhesive and taping the edges of the fabric under
the pallet.
