Riley Hopkins Aero Series 8 Color 4 Station
The Aero Series is absolutely the best value for the price, against any competitor.
You're looking at over 25 years of design evolution for the most famous printers
in our industry's history. Designed by Riley Hopkins, (of Hopkins International
fame), these new presses are the ultimate high quality, small format 23" screen
capacity printers. An 8 color press ultimate versatility on for the number of colors
on each shirt. As you start to advance your business, high more employees, and get
larger jobs the 8 color ability will be invaluable. Not only does the Aero 8 color
4 Station press give you this advantage but many others as well.
If youre looking for a heavy duty screen printing press the Aero is what you are
looking for. Built by hand, the base is made from sturdy heavy duty steel welded
in a wide square format so minimal give and maximum stability is retained. The center
hub is laser cut for a light weight but durable design. The printing heads are machined
from T9 Aircraft Grade Heat Treated Aluminum. Warning! Dont try to push this press
around, it will hurt you. Its great for shops with many different employees, you
simply dont have to worry about them banging up your press, its built like a tank
but still has the body and maneuverability of a BMW! Its simply, very accurate,
and very strong, and built to withstand extreme abuse in the shop all day. Featuring
a wall-to-wall 2" center shaft, and monstrous low-drag bearings, the new Aero Series
of printers are very easy to spin for long periods of production.
These presses are actually TOOL FREE (as opposed to one competitor who's claimed
this feature for seven years, while actually requiring wrenches to adjust their
screen clamps!) For those unfamiliar with the term Tool Free This means there
no wrenches, not bolts, and no messing around involved to do to make adjustments
between jobs. Most importantly to you, rather than the print heads being left "loose"
to flop around from thread play, bolt clearance and screen leverage, Aero Series
presses have a LOCK UP feature, which locks and eliminates any movement. This is
a very important difference between your long term ability to produce quality, saleable
work, and a "great sales job" that won't hold registration a year down the road.

RIP Combos are used to make Film Positives. Using a stock inkjet printer will not
print dark enough ink on the film allowing light to shine through the image and
will result in loss of detail and/or an exposed image. The RIP Combo uses RIP software
that tells the printer to print more ink with crisp edges. The Combination of an
Epson Printer, RIP Software, Fast Ink, and Waterproof film results in a super opaque

CCI Back Lit Washout Sink
Screen prep, Image wash out, and reclaiming are all key factors to maintain a clean
shop. A washout sink is a key tool in your screen shop because it allows you to
contain your messes and helps prevent contamination. The "back light" feature of
this booth will also insure crisp image washout and save you from missing the fine
details often missed during image washout. The CCI Backlit Washout Booth measures
72T x 48W x 24D.
Small Dip Tank by Blackline
Our small dip tank is made to work in conjunction with the new advertised cleaners
that target ink and emulsion removal in one step. The 3/8" welded polypropylene
screen dip tank comes with a pedestal that allows the spigot to drain into a standard
five gallon One Step Clear container. This dip tank can fit 4-5 standard size screens.
Lid and screen hold down included. Solution not included. Measures 27 3/4" x 7 3/4"
x 24" (without pedestal). Includes: 5 Gallon Micro Wash: Used at a 3 parts
water to 1 part solution mix ration to fill up dip tank. Usually lasts for about
6 months.
Screen Frame Rack
Now you can store your screens off the floor with one of our aluminum screen frame
racks! No more dust, dirt, or fibers getting stuck in your emulsion. Our aluminum
screen frame rack holds 20 screens and keeps them evenly spaced for maximum airflow

Shipping Note:
The Pro2 ships in 4 crates. If you do not have access to a fork lift or docking
station, a truck will arrive with a lift gate and lower the crate to your driveway.
The crates come with heavy duty card board tops that can be removed in minutes.
Most of the pieces in the crates will fit through a standard size door with the
exception of the Conveyor Dryer. It comes fully assembled and weighs over 500lbs.
The delivery driver will not be responsible for moving the crate inside your house
or building. This package can only ship Ground because of the weight and chemicals.
Please do not select Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3rd Day Select. The
average delivery time is 7-14 business days due to manufacture times of 7-14 days on the
Riley Hopkins Press and Conveyor Dryer.
