Ryonet’s 25x36” Automated UV Exposure unit is bar none one of the best buys on the market. Ryonet’s new design incorporates a high quality welded aluminum extrusion box into this incredibly robust and powerful exposure unit. Now with 8 bulbs at 30 watts a piece this unit outputs 240 watts of unfiltered UV black light optimal for dependable exposures! With this unit you are able to create top quality professional looking screens for a fraction of the cost of a vacuum exposure unit. Yes the common misconception is that you have to spend several thousand dollars on a vacuum exposure unit to expose half tones and fine detail. Although having a vacuum exposure unit is a little more convenient you can still achieve the same results with this 25x36” unit. The truth is all that a vacuum unit does is insure the positive contact between the glass, the film, and the screen mesh. With this unit, the same positive contact is insured by using a foam lid that is cut to the inner dimensions of the screen and weighted by the user. The automated timer gives you the peace of mind to be able to step out of the room during exposure and not have to worry about over exposing your screen. The time automatically shuts off after the specified exposure time you input. Ulano Amba Knife cut water adhered stencil film 52" x 300" Roll.

Great for short to medium size runs!  Amba Water knife cutting stencil is great for creating fast temporary screens using a vinyl plotter. Amba film can also be used with an exacto knife and cut accordingly.

Roll Of Ulano Rubylith Film 40x150".  Among other things Rubylith can also be used as a positive film when run through a vinyl plotter. Instructions for Use w/ Plotter To Create Positive Films from Rubylith Film
1. Cut the rubylith off of the roll at an appropriate size to fit your plotter and your artwork.
2. Plot your stencil. Remember rubylith is thinner than vinyl so be sure to adjust the blade pressure on the plotter accordingly.
3. Weed the background leaving the positive image.
4. Your stencil is now ready for exposure.
Ulano Rubylith film is also great for use in screen darkrooms. Rubylith blocks out UV rays while still letting natural light through into the room. It can be used to blockout windows and light fictures to insure a light safe environment in your darkroom.
