Have you ever wanted to screen print quality high detail full color images on shirts but been limited by your ability to create and print half tone films? Now, with our Four Color Process printing kit we give you everything you need to print four color process full color images or photographs. We also include an instructional DVD that covers how to print four color process and how we created your films for you.

Complete set of Four Color Process Films
Send us your artwork in high resolution(300 DPI +) JPG, Tiff, Corel Draw, or PSD format and we create the films for you. Remember, what you send is how your shirt will come out, if you don’t send us good art, you’re shirts won’t look good. Your art is the key to your success. You can email art to
art@ryonet.net be sure to also include the size of the image and how large you will want it on your shirt. We print the films for you professionally, including all the high definition half tone lines. After you receive the kit, you can coat and expose your screens.
You also have the option to buy your 305 mesh screens pre-coated with emulsion for only $8 per screen so as soon as you get your package you can start exposing.
We can also expose the screens for you for a $125 additional charge so all that is left for you to do is print your shirts.
If you are exposing your own screens you CANNOT expose a process print with that fine of detail unless you have at least a 25x36” UV Exposure unit or better. Smaller units do not put out enough UV light to expose this fine of detail.
Also, you must insure that you are VERY careful with the exposure process, insuring that you have good positive pressure on your unit as well as completing the entire process in a light controlled environment.
Please take into consideration that four color process printing is not the easiest type of printing and may require some practice with different printing techniques and procedures. If you do not have a press with Micro Registration this is not recommended for you to attempt. Four color process printing is extremely precise and requires a press with Joystick or Micro Registration systems.
