The LowRider System is the hottest new product in the screen printing industry! This unique system allows you to combine two of the largest space users into one efficient package…that’s PORTABLE!
If you are working out of your garage, your entire printer/dryer system will take up only one car’s worth of space! Since this system also comes on 4 lockable wheels, you can move the system around to where you need it…as well as allows you to roll the unit into your van or trailer for on-site Event Printing!
In addition to all the space saving convenience, the dryer has five full feet of heat, and two inclined in and out feeds, so you don’t have to bend over to load a shirt onto the conveyor! You print at a 45 degree angle to the in-feed, so all you have to do is pull your printed garment off the pallet, and place it on the end of the conveyor roller. The garment travels downhill onto the main belt, where it rides through the heat chamber. Once the garment is cured, it travels up the third and final belt…to drop the garment into a box! This unique three belt system, and the design concept of this system is the brain child of Riley Hopkins, who is one of our industry’s top innovators.
Riley Hopkins has contracted with BBC Industries to produce these units in quantity. BBC has demonstrated that it has the capacity to produce high quality electrical units for a variety of industries, and has been an outstanding member of the manufacturing team.

What's the difference between a SWIN press and an Aero Press? The Riley
Hopkins
WIN
Series is built for long lasting production for an economical budget.
It's heavy duty but light weight and optimal for mobile settings. It's
built from all laser cut steel that's welded to perfection. The
Aero
Series is more a traditional, heavy duty, tank of a machine. The
Aero series has a cast aluminum wheel, longer print stations, and tool free off
contact and tilt settings for quick and easy adjustments without having to get
out the wrench.
Calibration? The
Riley Hopkins press with “Joy Stick” registration is simply the most user
friendly and cost affordable press on the market. It allows you to easily set up
multiple color jobs without having to adjust micro registration knobs. It’s the
newest and most advanced thing to hit the screen printing market concerning
micro registration.

If you've used micro's or are not a fan of the "Joystick Registration" then have
no fear, standard Mirco Registration can also be added to this press for only
$50 more per head (or color). About 90% of our customers buy the Riley Hopkins
press with the Joystick Registration but the standard micro registration is
available for those looking for it.
