Timer Option

We're excited to introduce our new large format R-XL Screen Printing Exposure Unit. Now for thousands less than conventional high end metal halide vacuum exposure units you can create pro quality large format screens. Ryonet's R-XL Exposure Unit can expose up to a 36x48" image which is perfect for printing all over the shirt, sign printing, and other large format graphic printing. By using foam and weight to create positive contact between the screen mesh, positive film, and exposure glass so you can exposure high detail, half tones, and crisp edges. (see instructions below on how to use foam.) 

This R-XL Exposure Unit allows you to expose large format frames for the fraction of the cost of other units in its size format.

    * Foam used to create positive contact between screen mesh, film, and glass. This foam can be cut to fit the inside of your screen. We recommend creating a wood or metal lid to attach place& over the foam and then putting about 100 lbs of weight on top of the lid dispersed evenly over the surface to create positive pressure.

Digital Timer (UPGRADE OPTION)

The programmable digital timer upgrade option enables you to pinpoint and adjust specific exposure times around your parameters and needs. With accuracy to the the tenth of second, the timer automatically shuts down the light after exposure.
