Start screen printing even faster now with our pre-coated screen upgrade. For just $8 per screen Ryonet will professional coat your screens for you with CCI emulsion. The coated screens are exposure ready and sent in a light safe heat sealed bag to insure the screens will be completely unexposed before you go to expose them. If you’re looking for an extra jump start for you screen printing venture this is a great way to go. Take your screens out of the bag and expose them immediately so you can start printing a few minutes later.

Choose between user friendly dual cure DXP (Pink) Textile Emulsion (for plastisol ink), DCM (Blue) Graphic Emulsion (for Inktech Solvent Ink), or SWR-3 For Water Based Inks.
Screens come with additional instructions for optimal exposure.

Note: Ordering your screens pre-coated with emulsion might add 1 day handling time to your order. Screens come ready to expose and must be opened in a 100% light safe environment. Screens must be exposed with quality films that have an opaque black image for best results.
