This unit is being sold as "used" because of paint blemishes that happened
during shipping. The actual pad printer was tested to make sure its still 100%
functional, but actually has never been used in production. Some of the supplies
were lost in shipping and some inks were damaged. This will come with enough
supplies to get you started and printing.
