Riley Hopkins press has several benefits over a standard 4 color press. Besides being able to print 6 solid colors, you will also be able to print full four color process prints with
the possibility of a white or discharge plate and highlight white for darker color garments.
If you want more versatility and room for expansion the Riley Hopkins 6 color

Platens (with a neck cutout) and a 1 Year Manufacturers Warranty.
Size and Format: The Riley Hopkins 6 Color 4 Station Press takes up about an 7' Square
Area. The Riley Hopkins 6 Color 6 Station Press takes up about an 8' Square Area.
Upgrade Options: 1. What are the advantages of a 6 color 6 station
vs. a 6 Color 4 Station. The 6 station press gives you two additional cool
down stations. When you're flashing a lot during printing two additional
cool down stations can up your production speed by up to 30%. 6/6 Upgrade Cost:
$900 2. 6/6 All Heads Down Press. An all heads down press allows
you to print in multiple stations simultaneously. Printing with more then
2 people on the press (a load/off loader and printer) gets to be very involved.
Most companies decide to automate before spending the time to train and
orchestrate more then one printer on a press at a time. The upgrade is

Joystick or Micro Registration?? The Riley Hopkins press with “Joy Stick” registration is simply the most user friendly and cost affordable press on the market. It allows you to easily set up multiple color jobs without having to adjust micro registration knobs. It’s the newest and most advanced thing to hit the screen printing market concerning micro registration.
If you've used micro's or are not a fan of the "Joystick Registration" then have no fear, standard Mirco Registration can also be added to this press for only $50 more per head (or color). About 90% of our customers buy the Riley Hopkins press with the Joystick Registration but the standard micro registration is available for those looking for it.

Delivery Options Local area pickup is available from Vancouver, WA or Gig Harbor, WA. If you can pick the press up locally you will not need to pay a crating fee of $175. This charge will be added on as "additional shipping" if we are going to freight it to you.
