Option to add a
25x36 Automated UV exposure unit to expose your screens and transfer your
design for $489.95
What else will you need outside of this kit?
- A way to expose the screen. If you don't already have any
exposure unit you'll need a way to expose the 23x31" screen.
- * You can upgrade and get the automated exposure unit
listed above (exposes screens in around 5 minutes).
- * You can create your own exposure unit using 500
watt halogen lights situated about 20 inches above the frame surface
(exposes the screen around 15 minutes)
- * You can expose the screen in the sun. (not recommend
as we can not estimate times)
- * You can use something else to make your screen
such as vinyl or
Ulano Green Film cut with a vinyl plotter (if you have one) without
having to expose it.
- A way to print your films. This kit does not include film or a film
printer to create positive films for your screen exposure. What are your
options?
- * Check out our film and output printers page to
purchase a complete
film
output system.
- * Purchase
water proof film (for optimal darkness in your transparency) and use
your standard inkjet printer to create films, if you need bigger than your
printer can print, you can splice films together to create larger
images.
- * You can use something else to make your screen
such as vinyl or
Ulano Green Film cut with a vinyl plotter (if you have one) without
having to expose it.
