screen exposure unit

Ryonet's New 8 bulb exposure unit has 240 watts of unfiltered UV power and offers half tone capabilities! This 25x36" table top unit is built of extruded aluminum and is undoubtedly one of the best units on the market. With this unit you are able to burn screens like the pros for a fraction of the cost. The built in automatic timer helps prevent over exposing and gives you the ability to multi-task with an automatic shut off.

A common misunderstanding is that you need to spend several thousand dollars on a vacuum unit in order to expose half tones. Although having a vacuum unit is convenient, the purpose of the vacuum is to apply positive pressure between the screen, film, and glass. Realistic expectation.

  • How many signs can you print per hour?
  •     Once versed you should easily be able to print one sign per minute (one side). As you become better you could achieve over 100 per hour with this equipment if properly setup.
  • Where should I use this setup?
  •     Keep in mind, this is an air dry ink, so you should use it in a well ventilated area.
  • What's my cost per sign?
  •     CRP ink runs on average around $40-$50 per quart. Depending on coverage, a quart can print anywhere between 1200-1800 signs (sometimes more, sometimes less, it really depends on coverage of the sign)
  • What else can you print?
  •     There are numerous air dry solvent inks for almost any substrate, check out your other ink options here.
  • General Purpose Ink
    Gloss Enamel Ink
